She's going to need some serious TLC on these spots to get her decent again, but I'll try. |
Ok, last shot before I attempt some body work here.. |

Alright, first things first, strip out the lights, bulbs and bits.. |
About 4 hours of grinding and she seems to have all the rust off of the Damaged area.. |
I figured I'd do the headlight area while I was at it as it was rusting on the bottom edge.. |

Bondo and primer next, light layers and sand in between coats. I couldnt get the dent out of the door and it's not *perfect* , but it's rust free and Sunny Seems ok with that, so am I. |

Ok, rear end while the front paint cures a little..I have no clue how SunnyBus got this doozie of a ding, it was half way up on the passenger side, nice cave in.. |
I went at this with the grinder for about 2hours, got the rust out, sanded then primed very lightly, before attempting the bondo thing on it.. It looks a little rough, but theres more.. |
the battery decided to do some damage and rusted thru the side here, I looked inside and could see the holes it was making...Battery tray time, when I get a chance I'll put the battery in a marine box, which stops this..Grind time, 3 hours & Bondo to follow..sand and prime.. |

It rained, so I moved Sunny into the garage and started on her roof rust..First spot grinded down to bare metal.. |
Sunny's second spot was al little more cancer..about 2 hours of soft grinding for this one..luckily neither one went thru the roof.. |
