Around 5.30pm, we were all famished!!
..hmm, W.W.O.V.T. do? Yep!..Roadtrip!!
We piled into Rod & Crystal's Bus with some of OVT, and the rest Were in "Uncle John",Michele's Bus...We headed for the Brewery, about 2 miles from camp..
Kelley Island Brewery is owned by PJ, who was a teriffic hostess. The brewery features Kelleys Gold, Kelleys Gold Light, Island Devil (a classic Belgian) and Dawg Bizkit Brown, which you can order on a sample tray in the of the Island..
We had about 25 Tribers out on the patio, and the food was served promptly..I had the fresh Walleye Sandwich and Sweet potato fries..one word YUM!!! I tried all the brews and settled on the Island devil brew.
Frank gave out the toasts, everyone, including the kids were full and happy.. We went inside for group pictures.. then headed back to camp with some **Beer**samples!!
The verdict? *****Five stars!!, Great place to chill out.
